The minimum rental period for our mailboxes is one year, and you can use them without limit. The specific charges are as follows: We provide mailbox rental annually at a low cost rate. There is an application fee of $20 for new clients.

Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. During tax season (February 1 to April 15) we are open Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Yes. We accept parcels from all couriers, and we promise to put your mail into your mailbox on the same day that USPS and other express delivery companies deliver it.
When a package arrives, we send you a text message with your box number and a pickup code. Please collect it at your earliest convenience.
Packages stored more than 7 days incur an additional storage fee of $1 per day per package. Packages unclaimed for more than 30 days are returned to the sender.

Yes, you can pay online: sign in to the client portal at nycitimail.com/frontuser/login with your PO Box number and last name to pay your dues and to turn yearly auto-renew on or off. We send reminder text messages 30 days and 7 days before your mailbox expires and on the expiry day; if payment is not received by the end of that day, your mail will be returned to sender.
